Petitioner has filed the above-mentioned 6 Transfer Applications seeking transfer of cases from M.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to any other State Commission on the ground that the petitioner had challenged the appointment of one of the Members of the M.P. State Commission. 

In our considered view, no case for transfer is made out.  The person, whose appointment was challenged by the petitioner, has already disassociated himself from the hearing of the petitioner’s cases.  There is no allegation made against the other Members.  Other Members can hear the case and dispose them off in accordance with law.

Transfer applications are dismissed.
