                    Today, DH/complainant has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that payment of Rs.48,000/- in cash received, in compliance of order under execution, now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. Said statement has been identified by the Ld. counsel for the DH/complainant.

                   In view of the statement of the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
