ORDER

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call.  On the last date of hearing, application of the petitioner seeking condonation of delay in filing of revision petition was allowed subject to cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the respondents.  Even the cost has not been paid.

          In view of the above, revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
