The Complainant is absent from 07/01/2021 and the matter is pending for taking steps from 12/05/2021  the Complainant does not want to take steps hence we pass the following order.

ORDER

1. The Complaint is dismissed for want of presence of complainant.

     2. No order as to costs.

     3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties   free of cost.

    4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of member set, the same may be destroyed.
