     The appellant is absent.  This Commission issued notice to the appellant  which was served  but  the appellant  remained absent on the last   three posting dates.  From the conduct  of the appellant  in keeping  away from the Commission it is evident  that the appellant has lost interest  in prosecuting  the matter.  In the said circumstances, we are inclined to dismiss this appeal for non prosecution.  Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution.
