The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging Medical negligence against the opposite parties in wrongly diagnosing the complainant’s heart aliment along with the direction to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,00/- as compensation for the mental agony fear caused due to  wrong advice and to remove the 1st opposite party from Medical service with cost of the complaint. 
The Complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 29th April 2022.
