Order dated 04/10/2021 from which it is seen that Hon’ble SCDRC was pleased to set-aside the final order passed by the District Forum on 31/05/2016 in connection with CC/92/2014 after allowing the appeal and was also pleased to pass an order for remand of the said consumer complainant for fresh adjudication of the case within the period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the order after receiving expart opinion. Let the cop-y of order be kept in the record. As the final order dt. 31/05/2016 passed in connection with CC/92/2014 is set-aside by the Hon’ble SCDRC, therefore this present execution application stands rejected.

Hence, the Execution Application EA/41/2016 is rehected and disposed off
