Final Order / Judgement

            The case record is put up on the basis of a petition filed by the Complainant. Ld. Advocates for the complainant and both the OPs are present. The complainant is personally present. The complainant has filed a petition for withdrawal of the case. It is stated in the application that the complainant has received a Cheque being No. 000269 dated 16.05.2023 drawn on HDFC Bank amounting to Rs. 45,000/- issued by OP No. 2. The complainant has also filed a receipt thereof. The Ld. Advocate for the Ops has put his endorsement on the application filed by the complainant. Ld. Advocate for the Ops has no objection if the petition is allowed. The complainant has received the above Cheque in the open Commission. It appears that the complainant has got satisfied upon receipt of the said Cheque regarding his claim. He has got  no further claim against the Ops.   

            The case is liable to be dropped.     

            Hence, it is

       Ordered

            that CC/242/2020  stands  dropped as withdrawn.

            Let the copies of this order be supplied to both parties.
