Both the parties are absent . On 05/02/2009 the complainant had filed a petition to withdraw the complainant mentioning therein that she had been paid 50000/-though post dated cheques , but subsequently the Op .paid in cash the amount of Rs 50000/- and the complainant also returned the post dated cheque . Hence she is not interested to proceed with the case .

                           In view of the withdrawal petition and having the claim of the complainant being satisfied due to settlement this case stands withdrawn and accordingly dismissed as withdrawn .
