       Today is fixed for showing cause.

       The OP No.1, 2 and 3 file their respective hazirahs.

       The OP No.3 files evidence on affidavit.  Copy attached.

       It 12.10 PM now.  On repeated calls, neither the Complainant turns up nor show cause is filed.  Accordingly, we hold that the Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case and the case deserves to be dismissed for default.

       The O.P. No.4 files hazira through the Ld. Agent.

Hence,

          Ordered,

          That the case is dismissed for default.  There is no order as to costs.

Later –

        The Complainant files show cause at 1 PM.  The order has already been passed.  Let it be kept with this case record.

        Let a copy of this order be send to the parties free of cost.
