ORDER

The matter has been settled between the parties. Affidavit to this effect has been filed by the petitioner stating that they do not want to prosecute the matter and the petitioner has already deposited the entire awarded amount including Rs.5,000/- as litigation costs. In view of the affidavit filed by the petitioner, respondent can withdraw the amount lying deposited with the fora below as well as with this Commission, if any. Revision petition shall disposed of accordingly.
