PER S.P. SOOD, PRESIDING MEMBER:

                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Sikander Bakshi, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement on 17^thMarch, 2023 that on the instructions of the appellant he does not want to pursue further with the present appeal because as per the appellant complainant has deposited all the dues of the plot in question and further submitted the affidavit regarding not to claim against the order dated 30.04.2018 passed by learned District Consumer Commission, Rewari copy of the affidavit is (Annexure-A) and instructions received from appellant i.e HUDA is (Annexure-B). Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Sikander Bakshi, learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                Statutory amount of Rs.25000/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
