Parties file hazira. The MA case is taken up for hearing of the amendment petition dated 17/07/2019 filed by O.P. no. 1. Perused the said petition and the case record of CC no. 234/2017. Heard Ld. Lawyer of both sides. Considered.

By filing the present amendment petition, O.P. no. 1 has prayed for certain amendments of his W/V. It appears that the proposed amendment is necessary for effective decision of the case. Ld. Lawyer for the complainant raised no objection in allowing the said amendment petition.

Hence,

                          ORDERED

that the amendment petition dt. 17/07/2019 filed by the O.P. no. 1 is allowed. Amended the W/V of the O.P. accordingly B.C. to comply. O.P. no. 1 is directed to file amended copy of W/v after serving copy thereof to the complainant.

M.A case no. 79/2019 is accordingly disposed of.
