Parties have filed joint application and requested that order dated 14.05.2013, passed by this Commission in revision petitions no. 761/2008 and 1227/2008 be recalled in view of the settlement annexed with the application. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that they have filed settlement agreement and complainant has received a cheque of Rs. 1,84,465/- from M/s. British Airways and now no dispute remains between the parties and in such circumstances, order dated 14.05.2013 be recalled and be substituted by this settlement. No liability has been fastened on M/s. Swosti Travels, respondent. In such circumstances, as per request of the parties, application filed by the parties and review applications are allowed and order dated 14.05.2013, passed by this Commission in revision petitions no. 761/2008 and 1227/2008 is recalled and matter is disposed of in the light of settlement, agreement arrived between the parties, which could form part of this order. In the light of settlement, complainant has received a cheque of Rs. 1,84,465/- from opposite party, British Airways and now, no dispute survives between the parties and complaint stands disposed of finally.
