ORDER

Petitioner has placed on record certified copy of sale deed executed in favour of the respondent/complainant. Since, the petitioner has executed the sale deed in favour of the respondent/complainant, a sum of Rs.2.25 lakhs deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 6.9.2010 with this Commission, be refunded to the petitioner after due identification. With these observations, present revision petition disposed of. Dasti.
