Due to some personal reasons, it is not possible for us to hear this case. Therefore, request be sent to the Hon’ble President, Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi to transfer this appeal to some other nearby Consumer Commission. On receipt of order from the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, original file be sent to the concerned Commission.

                Secretary of this Commission is directed to send copy of this order forthwith to the Registrar, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi to place it before the Hon’ble President for necessary action.
