Today is fixed for making payment by the J/dr.

D/hr. is present in person.

On behalf of the J/dr. Dr. P. Sanyal Ld. Agent files Agent-nama.

J/dr. files two separate cheques.

No.1 amounting to Rs.34,592/- cheque No.000292 dated10.01.2020 infavour of the D/hr. Monimalika Das. D/hr. have the liberty to withdraw the cheque.

No.2 amounting to Rs.50,000/- cheque No.000293 dated 10.01.2020 in favour of the legal aid account of this Forum.

Registrar-in-charge of this Forum is directed to take necessary step accordingly.

 

Later-

The D/hr. withdraw the cheque with full satisfaction by making all formalities she also files a petition stating that she is not wanted to proceed with this case. As she received the total decretal amount.

Hence, the case is dropped accordingly.
