            Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

            In our view, the impugned order dated 23rd May, 2008 of the State Commission affirming the findings of the District Forum does not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error which calls for any interference by this Commission. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
