ORDER

The present appeal of the appellant – the New India Assurance Company Ltd. is dismissed. The impugned judgment dated 07-10-2013 of the learned DCF in complaint No. 85/2010 titled Dr. N. K. Bohra & Ors. Vs. the New India Assurance Company Ltd.& Ors. is affirmed. The Insurance Company shall also pay to the complainants Rs. 20,000 ( Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as cost of proceedings for the present appeal, in addition to the amount awarded by the learned DCF. The compliance of the order shall be made within one month from today. The appellant shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount, if any, deposited by it in the present appeal before the DCF.
