Today Dr. Kirandeep Kaur, Ex- Medical Officer, Civil Hospital, Dhanaula presently working at Kiran Health Care, Sangrur made a statement that I have not filed any appeal against the order of Hon'ble National Commission, New Delhi and I have no objection if the amount of Rs. 50,000/- alongwith interest if any deposited with District Consumer Commission, Barnala be released to the applicant. Her statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

As per office report dated 4.9.2023 Rs. 50,000/- deposited in the shape of FDR in terms of Hon'ble National Commission, New Delhi order dated 11.7.2017 with this office. Copy of the order dated 11.7.2027 is also on the file. 

In view of the statement of Dr. Kirandeep Kaur respondent and report of office dated 4.9.2023, the office is directed to release the amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the applicant alongwith interest if any against proper identification and against proper receipt. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
