Complainant represented. It has been submitted by learned advocate for the complainant that the payments has been made by the consumer cum patient Smt. Sunaina Devi from her Bank Accout. As such the complainant here Chandrabhushan Sharma is not the complainant.

Under the above circumstances learned advocate for the complainant seeks permission to withdraw that complain with liberty to get the similar complaint with liberty to get the similar complaint files by the actual consumer Smt. Sunaina Devi. Prayer is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to get the fresh complaint file by the actual consumer the patient Sunaina Devi.
