Perusal of the record shows that AR of the complainant lastly appeared on 11.12.2019 wherein matter was fixed for final arguments prior to that also appearance of complainant is erratic. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
