One affidavit has been filed by Dr. Baidyanath Mukherjee, O.P. No. 1, vide which he states that vide an RTI Act, 2005 application he has learnt from Barasat Municipality that the complainant  of CC/800/2018, Swapan Kr. Mitra has expired on 10.06.2023.

None appeared on behalf of the complainant on two consecutive dates i.e.   30.10.2024 and 17.12.2024.

The CC/800/2018 is dropped on grounds of non prosecution and disposed of.
