ORDER

The record is placed before us by way of put up petition filed on behalf of the D.hr through her husband.

An another is filed by the D.hr through her husband praying for withdraw the cheque submitted by the J.dr in favour of the D.hr. An authority letter and copy of Aadhaar Card of the D.hr have also been filed.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the D.hr. Perused the case record as well as the documents.

It appears that a cheque being No. 733240102 dt. 28.09.2022 amounting to Rs. 5,10,000/-  in favour of the D.hr has been submitted  before this Commission.

Considered the prayer of the D.hr for withdrawal of the cheque and allowed.

 Office is directed to handover the said cheque to the husband of the D.hr after proper verification.

Accordingly, this case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
