Bearing in mind the fact that both the Fora below have recorded that despite opportunity, neither the inspection report nor the person, who is stated to have inspected the telephone line, was produced by the BSNL and the quantum of compensation awarded, viz. Rs.5000/-, for the mental agony and physical harassment suffered by a consumer, on account of telephone being non-functional for a number of times, we do not find it to be a fit case for interference in exercise of our revisional jurisdiction.  The Revision Petition is dismissed accordingly.
