An application has been filed by the complainant under section 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practices against the O.Ps.

During midst of the admission hearing, Ld. Adv. for the complainant files one petition praying for withdrawal of the case  and accordingly his prayer has been granted and case has been  dismissed as withdrawn by order no. 02 dtd. 13.04.2022 , which do form part of this order.

Hence,

The Consumer Complaint being No: CC-40 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn, without being admitted and disposed of.
