Final Order / Judgement

   After getting notice, complainant and authorize person of O.P.No.1 is present. The O.Ps have filed their written objection stating therein interalia, that an amount of Rs.2,13,715/- towards Gratuity has already been paid to the complainant on dad.6.12.2017 and that the ULS sanction vide head office order No.2226 dtd.22.11.22 amounting to Rs.1,74,308/- will be disburse to him shortly. It is submitted further that regarding EPF, Asst. Provident Fund Commissioner, Berhampur will be released the amount and that due to pending of department proceeding and irregularities in the Service Book the complainant’s 6th pay sanction has not been updated.O.P.No.1 also files office order No.1297 dtd,6th December 2017.

       The complainant also files a memo, wherein he submits that he is ready and willing to compromise the case and does not want to proceed with his case further. On the reason that he has already received Rs.2, 13,715/- and the O.P.No.1 through his authorized person admits to pay a sum of Rs.1, 74,308/- and to update 6th pay outstanding arrear of the complainant and the same will be disburse in his favour.

       In view of the above facts and circumstances, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed without cost on compromise. Accordingly case disposed of.

      Pronounced in Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat, on 16th day of December, 2022.
