          Petitioner has filed this application seeking transfer of complaint No.1 of 2005 from the State Commission, Haryana to State Commission, Delhi on the ground of some personal difficulties.  Mr. A. K. De, learned counsel appearing for the respondent insurance company has no objection to transfer of the case from State Commission, Haryana to State Commission, Delhi.

          Accordingly, complaint No.1 of 2005 is directed to be transferred from State Commission, Haryana to State Commission, Delhi.   Registrar of the State Commission, Haryana is directed to forward the complete set of file to the Registrar, State Commission Delhi which shall decide the case as per law under the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  

            Transfer petition stands disposed of.
