Heard the learned lawyer for the J.Dr. He submits  that the o.p has paid the decreetal amount as directed by the Hon’ble State Forum and the D.Hr. has received  the cheque. Lastly, he submits to dispose of this case with full satisfaction of the complainant/D.Hr.

 Perused the record. On perusal  of records it transpires that on 19-01-2019 a petition was filed on behalf of  J.Dr. that the J.Dr. had filed a  cheque of Rs. 1,07,625/-  which was received by the complainant Sita Ram Sah with full satisfaction. It has been prayed that the case may kindly be dispose of. The learned lawyer for the D.Hr. has mentioned as ‘no objection’  on the petition. It also transpires that complainant Sita Ram Sah has received cheque no. 223741 of Rs. 1,07,625/- on 09-10-2018.

 Since, the D.Hr. has no objection to dispose of this case, hence the case is disposed of with full satisfaction of the D.Hr./Complainant.
