The Advocate for complainant/DHr is present. The Advocate for OP/JDrs present. As per F.A. No. 364 of 2018 of Hon’ble State C.D.R Commission, Cuttack the case was allowed in favour of DHr. In this connection, the Advocate for JDr filed a memo before the Commission for depositing the amount of Rs 1,47,830/- vide cheque No. 472380 dt. 23.03.2023. Accordingly, the Advocate for complainant/DHr filed a memo that the case has been settled between the both the parties & the complainant/DHr has received the cheque bearing No. 472380 dt. 23.03.2023 amounting to Rs 1,47,830/- in supply of documents with one copy objection. In that connection, two nos Misc case filed earlier by the JDr bearing No. 20 of 2018 and No. 12 of 2023 are has been dropped accordingly.
