Applicant and advocate both are absent. They are absent since long. The applicant has filed an application for condonation of delay causing delay of 270 days in filing this appeal. Appellant is an old person and lay man and therefore he could not contact his counsel. Advocate preferred an appeal and also contended that the appellant is suffering from illness and therefore delay has been caused in filing the present appeal. For accepting the contention applicant has not filed any documents on record. It appears that in the impugned order the applicant was present in the complaint proceedings. He was aware of the decision, therefore it cannot be said that the cause shown by the appellant is reasonable and sufficient and hence the application filed by applicant for condonation of delay is hereby rejected.

1. Application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay is hereby dismissed. Consequently the appeal is stand disposed off.
2. The copy of  order be furnished to both parties free of cost.
