               This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

               At the time of hearing complainant and Ld. Advocate of complainant are found present and ready. Nobody appears on behalf of the C.E.S.C.

               It is main point of contention and submission of the Ld. Advocate of the complainant side that C.E.S.C. has already given the electric connection on 14^th July, 2024 and for that reason complainant side is not interested to proceed with this case.

               In support of the point of contention, one withdraw petition supported by affidavit has been filed by the complainant on 3^rd September, 2024. Copy of which has been received by Ld. Advocate by C.E.S.C. (O.p. of this case). O.p. raised no objection.

               As the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled and complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case, Ld. Judges of this National Lok-Adalat have no reason to stand on the way of the settlement.

               In the result,

  it is accordingly,

that this complaint case No.CC/248/2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.

Let the withdrawn petition be made a part of this order.

The parties of this case are entitled to get a free copy of this judgment.
