              From perusal of the record it appears  that the complainant is absent since last several dates and only casually he had appeared before  the commission. Despite granting several opportunity to produce evidence complainant has not produced any evidence  since 09.02.2023 it appears that the complainant has  lost  interest in persuing this  complainant. 

             Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
