The Complainant Mr. Ng. Somorjit Singh as well as Respondent No.3 Dr. Nongthongbam Surajkumar Singh, Assistant Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute Of Medical Science and Hospital, Imphal appears in person before this commission. Ma. A Golly, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1,2 and Mr. H. Kenajit Singh learned counsel appearned on behalf of the respondent no.3.

 This is an application signed by the parties stating that the matter in dispute between the parties in the present complaint had been settled amicable outside the Commission. The Complainant as well as Respondent No.3 appearing in person and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1,2 and 3 submitted unanimously that the parties had amicably settled the matter in dispute in the Complaint petition outside the Commission. Such being the situation, the present Complaint Case being CC. Nio. 2 of 2017 is disposed of on Commission.
