Final Order / Judgement

 The  case was fixed for further Order. Today the Advocate for the complainant D.Hr filed a certified copy of Order passed by  Hon;ble stated CDR Comission,Cuttack Bearing Revision petition No.82 of 2017,dtd.13.07.2017 in which it has held that,”xxxxxx the  Opposite party has no problem is allowing the petition in First Appeal No.149 of 2016 regarding declaration of result”.

Heard basing on abovementioned Order passed by Hon;ble stated CDR Comission,cuttack this Hon;ble Forum hearby directed the O.P./Jdr to allow the complainant to continue the classes and appearing examination untill further Order/disposing of the First Appeal No.149 of 2016.
