ORDER

           

            The matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

2.         In terms of a promise, Sh.Raman Walia, Advocate, Counsel  for the respondents has handed over a cheque for an amount of Rs.89,788/- to the appellant. Remaining amount of Rs.50,000/- towards full and final claim of the appellant shall be paid within 25 days from today through cheque. Cheque will be handed over to the Counsel  for the appellant.

3.         The above compromise is acceptable to the appellant, who is  present in person and his Counsel .

4.         In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of.

5.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties,
