Final Order / Judgement

On 04.10.2016 the case was set down for filing affidavit evidence of complainant.  On 17.11.2016 the version filed by OP was rejected and again advocate for complainant who was present on that day was directed to file affidavit evidence by 16.11.2016.  However on 16.11.2016 complainant as well as his advocate remained absent.  Since, then the complainant has remained absent continuously and failed to submit his affidavit evidence and prosecute the complaint.It appears that the complainant has lost interest in prosecuting the complaint.Hence, the complaint is Dismissed for Non-Prosecution.
