Ld advocate for o.p is present.

Complainant was absent on 08/03/2017& 03/05/2017 without step.

Upon such on 03/05/2017 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 30/05/2017 for filing show cause .

Today i.e on 30/05/2017 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
