Parties are present. O.ps. file a petition stating that they have approved the claim of the complainant and that has been accepted by the complainant. Accordingly ld. lawyer for o.ps. has handed over a bankers cheque bearing no.297758 dt.21.8.14 amounting to Rs.37,388/- drawn on Standard Chartered Bank in favour of the complainant. Ld. lawyer for the complainant received the cheque as full and final settlement.

            The case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
