The appellant is absent without any steps. Today is fixed for showing cause by the appellant as to why the appeal shall not be dismissed for default. None appears for the appellant on repeated call. So, it appears that the appellant has lost his interest to proceed with the appeal.

          Perused the impugned judgment dt. 20.08.2019 passed by Ld. DCDRC, Kolkata, Unit III dismissing the CC/629/2017 on contest. On perusal of the judgment I do not find any illegality.

          Accordingly, the appeal being no. 870/2019 is dismissed. Impugned order is upheld. There shall be no order as to the cost.

          Let a copy of this order be sent to the Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III.

          The Joint Registrar of this Commission is requested to do the needful.
