Notice has been served sufficient against appellant30 days already passed after notice issued .

But SR not Back.Earlier Lawer is now already member of this Commission.Since the appellant has not

appeared in spirt of notice in the Lok Adalat and today in regular court also does not appear and this is a matter of 2005.

Therefore , appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
