PER SHRI A. Z. KHWAJA, HON’BLE JUDICIAL  MEMBER.

            Applicant /O.P.- Mr.  Dilip Devihand Jain has preferred the present application under Section 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking  review of  one order dated 29/10/2021. Copy of the said order is also annexed on record.  We have heard learned advocate for the applicant/O.P. Mr. Kinkhede and also gone through the contents of the application. Section 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 clearly stipulates  that  the  power of review can be  invoked  only  when there is error apparent on  face of record. Ongoing through  the contents  of the application  as well as  impugned order dated 29/10/2021, we do not find any error  appearing  on the  face of record. The learned advocate appearing the applicant /O.P. is  unable to point out  to us  any error  apparent on record to invoke the power of review under Section 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  In view of the same we feel that  the application  filed by the applicant /O.P. is not maintainable  in law and so is hereby  dismissed.
