Applicant is the opposite party in CC.182/11 in the file of CDRF, Malappuram.  The allegation of the appellant is that from the very beginning the Forum is prejudiced and biased against the applicant.

We find that the allegation as such stands not substantiated as evidently no order to the prejudice of the applicant has been issued by the Forum.  Hence just on the apprehension of the applicant the matter cannot be transferred to another Forum which would cause inconvenience to the complainant who was present before this Commission.  He has objected to the application for transfer the complaint.  In the circumstances the application is dismissed.  The Forum is directed to dispose of the matter on merits.

In the result the transfer application is dismissed.

Forward a copy of this order to the Forum.
