After arguing for some time, learned counsel for respondent states that he has no objection if impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside, subject to payment of cost and State Commission may be asked to decide the matter within time bound manner. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent, impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as cost. Cost be paid to the respondent by the petitioners by way of demand draft within four weeks. Further, petitioners shall also file their written versions before the State Commission within four weeks, with copy to the opposite party. In case, petitioners fail to comply with above directions, impugned order passed by the State Commission shall remain in force. Meanwhile, State Commission is requested to dispose of the matter within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of the order from this Commission. With these observations, present revision petition stands disposed of. Both parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 21.10.2013. Dasti to both parties.
