 Complainant above named filed this complaint against the aforesaid O.Ps praying for necessary legal action against O.Ps, compensation amounting to Rs. 5,000/-, litigation cost amounting to Rs. 1,000/-  and other reliefs.

 Accordingly we find the total claim is more than Rs. 6,000/-.  

Case is placed before this 4th National LOK ADALAT. Complainant in person is present. O.P. and his Ld. Advocate are absent.

Case is taken up for discussion. After through discussion complainant expressed his intention not to proceed the case further.

Hence it is,

ORDERED

                That the dispute is settled today and the case is dismissed for non prosecution.
