Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 29.01.2019. Complainant is not appearing since 01.12.2023. On the last second date of hearing i.e. 01.12.2023 last opportunity was given to complainant for filing evidence / rejoinder however complainant failed to take steps. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
