This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:

This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties, but opposite parties failed to appear before this Commission on the date fixed for the appearance of opposite parties.  Hence on 07/02/2020 2^nd opposite party was set ex parte and 12/04/2022 1^st opposite party was declared ex parte and posted for the purpose of filing affidavit of the complainant.  As the complainant was continuously absent a notice was issued to complainant to appear before this Commission today to file proof affidavit.  After accepting the notice the complainant failed to appear before this Commission on this day.  In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.   

In the result complaint is dismissed for default.  There will be no order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
