He has received requisite cheque bearing No. 054903 dated 25.5.2016 for Rs. 29,886/- and he withdraws the present complaint as fully satisfied. In view of the statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
