          Today the case was fixed for preliminary hearing. At this stage, Sh.Stalanjit Singh, Advocate counsel for the complainant has made separate statement withdrawing the present complaint due to certain legal flaws, however, with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. In view of the statement of Sh.Stalanjit Singh, Advocate counsel for the complainant, the instant complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so advised, in accordance with law. File be consigned to record room.
