This complaint is filed by the Complainant u/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 alleging deficiency in service as well as unfair trade practice against the OPs. The Complainant has prayed for certain reliefs against the OPs in the complaint.

At the time of hearing on the point of admissibility of the complaint it is noticed by us that the address of the OP-1 does not fall within the territorial jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum.  In respect of address of OP-2 it is noticed by us that the same also does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum.  On scrutiny it is detected that no Police Station exists in name of Bidhannagar I.B. Market, rather Bidhannagar I. B. Market is the Post Office. In the cause title of the OP-2 the Complainant has mentioned the address which also does not fall within the territorial jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum, on the contrary it falls within the territorial jurisdiction of South 24 Parganas. Not only that the Complainant has wrongly mentioned the P.S. in the cause title of the complaint. Therefore, liberty is given to the Complainant for filing separate complaint, if necessary showing the Correct Addresses, Police Stations and Pin Number of the OPs.

Going by the forgoing discussion, hence it is ordered,that C.C. No- 32/2018 is hereby dismissed without being admitted due to defects made by the Complainant.

However, the Complainant is at liberty to file complaint, if any, not barred otherwise before the appropriate Forum.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
